Step 1. After you contact us for rat terminators we arrange a site visit to your house or apartment or building in Kent within 24-hours. A member of our team will assess your property for signs of rats. They'll explain the best process required to exterminate all rats and clear your infected property in Monks Hill.
Step 2. Your technician will remove any current traces of the rats, and begin to treat the infested area using approved treatment methods. If needed, traps will be placed around the home too.
Step 3. We'll arrange another appointment to revisit your property. We'll assess the current situation and clear any dead rats. Afterwards, deterrent measures will be put in place, blocking any identified accessible entry points. This will avoid further intrusions.

Example treatments we use

Emergency pest control

There are times when you may need emergency pest control. This could be when you are hosting an event, or simply when there is an unexpected outbreak of pests. Our team is standing by to help you during these difficult periods. We provide 24-hour, 7 days a week emergency pest control across Kent. This covers every day of the year including holidays and weekends. We're also locally based near Monks Hill, meaning we can be at your door in the shortest time possible.

Heat treatments

Heat treatments are a highly advanced method for eliminating all sorts of insects. This method works with simple science. Basically, insects cannot withstand extreme temperatures. During heat treatments, a superheated vapour is pumped into the affected area. This kills all the pests within minutes. It also kills their eggs and larvae. This is what makes heat treatments so effective in your home in Monks Hill. With other methods, eggs and larvae are often left behind, and the problem continues. More.
