- Step 1. After you contact us for commercial rodent control we arrange a site visit to your residential property or property in Kent within 24-hours. A member of our team will assess your property for signs of rats and mice. They’ll explain the best process required to get rid of all rats and mice and clear your invaded property in Crockenhill.
- Step 2. Your technician will remove any current traces of the rats and mice, and begin to treat the infested area using non-harmful treatment methods. If needed, traps will be placed around the home too.
- Step 3. We’ll arrange another appointment to revisit your property. We’ll assess the current situation and clear any dead rats and mice. Afterwards, prevention measures will be put in place, blocking any identified accessible entry points. This will prevent further intrusions.
How many visits
The number of visits to Crockenhill depends on the type of pest.

- Fleas: single visit in Crockenhill
- All Rats: Can take up to 3 visits to Crockenhill
Example treatments we use
Heat treatments
Heat treatments are a highly advanced method for eliminating all sorts of insects. This method works with simple science. Basically, insects cannot withstand extreme temperatures. During heat treatments, a superheated vapour is pumped into the affected area. This kills all the pests within minutes. It also kills their eggs and larvae. This is what makes heat treatments so effective in your home in Crockenhill. With other methods, eggs and larvae are often left behind, and the problem continues.

This covers every day of the year including holidays and weekends. We’re also locally based near Crockenhill, meaning we can be at your door in the shortest time possible.
